No. You can sign up for the month-to-month option. Paying for a year at a time is cheaper; you get 2 months free.

How do I pay for invoices?

A C2 Keep rep will send you an invoice to pay online, by check, or ACH bank transfer.

What happens if I do not pay before the invoice due date?

We prefer that this does not happen. If it does, we will work with you to figure things out. Though the option to limit access to your transaction data is on the table.

Are you collecting and storing the data in a HIPAA-compliant manner?

Yes, we are. We are employing the latest data encryption technology.

Who owns the transaction data from my pharmacy?

It is your data. You can access it to download, run reports, and study it for insights all you want.

How long do you keep the data from my pharmacy?

As of now, the data is stored for 2 years. Options for extended storage are in the works for an additional charge.
