- Overview
C2 Keep, LLC provides an online service platform where customers access our software via monthly or annual subscription. This fulfillment policy outlines how we deliver our services, handle billing, and provide customer support.
- Service Access
- Account Creation: New users will create their account online. Each account will be reviewed for approval.
- Immediate Access: After account approval and following successful subscription purchase, customers will be able to access the software platform.
- Subscription Management: Customers can manage their subscription, including bill pay and more, through their customer portal, accessible from their dashboard.
- Billing
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed periodically (monthly or annually), with charges occurring on the same day (based on the initial sign-up date).
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by our payment processor, Stripe, including:
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- ACH payments
- Check payments
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we’ll notify you via email, and you’ll have a 7-day grace period to update your payment information before access to the platform is restricted.
- Refunds
- No Refunds on Subscription Billing: Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund Exceptions: C2 Keep may provide a subscription price refund if:
- There was an error in your billing; or
- The Application does not function properly due to gross negligence.

- Privacy and Security: Your data privacy and security are important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Business Associate Agreement for more information.
- Geographic Restrictions
- Service Availability: Our platform is currently accessible only to customers located in the United States.
- Updates
- Automatic Updates: The Application will automatically download and install all available updates.
- Feature Changes: Updates may modify or delete certain features and functionality. C2 Keep reserves the right to provide or discontinue features or functionality.
- Returns and Termination
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to C2 Keep. Upon cancellation:
- You will not receive a refund for the billing period during which you cancel your subscription; and
- You will continue to have access to your subscription and receive updates until the subscription termination date.
- Termination by C2 Keep: C2 Keep reserves the right to terminate your subscription immediately and without prior notice if:
- You breach any terms of the EULA or BAA;
- C2 Keep decides to discontinue support for the Application;
- C2 Keep suspects an infringement of intellectual property rights; or
- C2 Keep ceases operations or is otherwise unable to continue providing the service.
- Data Retrieval: Upon termination, users will be notified to download their data before the subscription termination date.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
- No Warranty: The Application is provided “as is” and with all faults. C2 Keep expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
- Limitation of Liability
- No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, C2 Keep and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as expressed in our Privacy Policy and Business Associate Agreement.
- Policy Changes
- Updates to Fulfillment Policy: We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our business operations or legal obligations. Significant changes will be communicated via email and updated on this page.
